How was your labour and how well was you treated in hospital?

I had a bad experience with my 1st labour. First I had 5 different midwives, no-one was really telling me what to do or even how to use the gas and air properly. One midwife shouted at me for throwing up on the floor because i couldn't get to the sink fast enough, then they stitched me up the wrong way and I had to have another operation under general anesthetic 3 months later to correct the sutures. It was a nightmare. Needless to say I have never been back at that hospital again.
