Do i need legal help with cps case against me?

the cps lady came to my home for several months she never was happy because its small and cluttered and the last time she showed up my place it was a mess, i had been sick and was trying to keep up with 2 small,very busy children so she yelled at me and told me she was filling and asking to remove my kids i got the summons and I am terrified...my son has oppositional defiance disorder and intermittent explosive disorder and he told some silly story to the school about his dad choking him which isn't true. can anyone help me?
