Teen girl bedroom decorating ideas?

Okay, so I'm 15 and my favorite colors are purple, turquoise, and green. I want to make some decorations for my room walls and furniture but I need some ideas! No paint and I'm not allowed to to buy anything at all. So any cute handmade decorations that are super simple to make that won't make my room look too cluttered would be great!!!
