First, you need to ask you doctor who is going to do this. It will depend on where it is located, whether the paintball activity will pull the skin and possibly break a suture open or the area or bandage might get covered with paint which would not be good on a new wound. And, even when having a keloid removed, you are still going to have a scar there.
