If someone has lots of planets in 11th or 12th house are they in-secure?

I have sun, mars, mercury, and rising in aries all in the 11th or 12th house and leo moon 4th house. i always feel like i'd love to be theatrical and do whatever and not care what people think, but i find im often insecure. is that usual with people who have lots of planets in the 11th or 12th house? thanks!
