Laparoscopy & Cystoscopy?

So I'm going tomorrow to have both these done as I've had a few problems for about 8 months now and nobody seems to know the cause or what it actually is. Thing is I'm travelling to a private clinic to get this done as part of a TV show and I'm worried that My 3 Hours train journey will make me feel uncomfortable after these two procedures and im also a little worried as I have a low pain threshold. Just wondering if any body can tell me what they are like and offer some advice or something to reassure me that I'll be fine etc. Did the local anaesthetic work while getting Cystoscopy? and How will I be feeling after, Thanks
