How do i organize these things in my room?

i live in this really tiny house with my brothers and sisters. my room is only ten feet by ten feet. and i feel like it is impossible to organize! i have bins with stuff in them under the bed, jewelry all tangled up in a box, my closet is full and even my bookcase is full! i have a box of stuff i want to sell, but my mom wont let me have a yard sale and i cant drive so i cant go to the consignment shop. so i really need help with how to organize my room. i got rid of the double bed for a single, but it just feels so cluttered! please help!
