What's the strongest tranquilizer ever?

Generally for veterinary immobilization (not really sedation because opiates aren't technically sedatives) there's an opiate called Etorphine, with the beautifully straight forward trade name of Immobilon (and M99). It can be between 1000 and 3000 times stronger than Morphine and is in fact used to immobilize elephants.
