How can I be less serious all the time?

Just a glance through your signs and planets tell the story. You have Aquarius Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Saturn and Uranus. All in Aquarius. No wonder you are inclined to be serious. Visiting shut-ins and the elderly. Helping those with special needs. What is causing you this discomfort right now is because you are comparing yourself to others.
