Cleaning Tips for teenage girls? 10 POINTS :) :) :)?

Well tomorrow afternoon , and friday till 2:45pm i wanna do a big clean up in my room so get rid of any Clutter, im 13 year oldd nearly 14...! my budget is $50, Im gonna buy some stuff for my desk and maybe some new sheets for my bed :) but i need some help, i want to go step by step, so help me please? also what are some good ways off getting rid of smells in the room? my mum smokes inside our apartment so it smells like ciggaret smell i hate the smell! but yeah please help!!! thanks :) xxx
