Whitehead removal for forehead?

I have just recently noticed that I have a very large clutter of whiteheads on my forehead. They look so bad so how should I get rid Of them. Please at home things that I can do becuz my parents won't let's me buy anything. Help I look like I have a disease on my forehead.
