Plz guide me to divorce her telling me the steps I should follow, dissolving my queries.?

I (A.Sen) am a man of 41 years. I am Hindu. Got married (according to Hindu religion not registry) to a lady before 6 years. We have a child of 4 years. I really was not happy with her. Then one day I found a lady and fallen in love with her. Got married with her(registry). I did not divorce my 1st wife because she was not agree leave me and I didn’t want to hurt her (see, I can not accept her physically. For me her behavior is like an earning machine. She wants money, home, comforts, luxuries which I can’t effort because of my poor earning. I tried several times to get her love. But now you know, I don’t want to live with her. But she forces me to live with her.) . I told her before marring my love that we 4 will live together. Then she didn’t remark. Only legged me to not to divorce her. so I married. But after that she started her cruelty. Insulted me, my new wife, my relatives. Threatened to go to police. So I divorced my new wife (mutual divorce). I have lost every thing in my life. Now I just hate her. I got the reward of faith and love (mental) for her what made me do this foolish work. I had a mind to live separately. But she along with the friends who are related to the ‘ladies welfare society’ went to my parent and threaded them. So mom forced me to live with her. She told me that she will never let me free when I begged for mutual divorce. If it continues, I think I have to suicide soon. I can give her every thing. But not myself. So I want to file a divorce case. Is it possible to do it living in same house? If it is possible, then what address should I mention in the case for me as well as her? Could both addresses be same? How much money could it be needed for it? Please answer me.
