Pain under collar bone after hernia surgery?

I had hernia surgery this morning it was right above the belly button,everything went fine and I feel great aside from bad pain under my collar bone?It hurts mostly when I try to lay down,could it be from the pain meds and all the other stuff they give me while under general anaesthetic??
