Kindle device manager program?

Im looking for a program that will allow me to take any text file and place it wherever i want in the kindle (archived folder. main screen, etc....) I am putting everything on by hand and can only add books to the front screen. Because of this my front screen is a little cluttered so i am looking for a program that will allow my to manage my kindle when it is connected to my computer.
