How to make a clutter organizer?

you could make this out of 1/4" plywood. they make slides (kind of like the ones for drawers) but they mount on the bottom of the piece. or you could just make the units and have them free standing to pull them out. it could be made this way for under $25, but not much under once you buy the wood and such
